shipping and returns

Shipping:

US Residents:
Shipping is $5 for all orders and FREE for orders over $75. Orders ship within one to two business days via USPS Priority Mail. $3 flat rate shipping is available for label kits, patterns and stitch markers.

Canada:
$9 flat rate: orders will be sent via USPS First Class Mail International -- does not include tracking and delivery confirmation.
$15 flat rate: orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail International, which includes tracking and delivery confirmation.
$5 flat rate shipping is available for label kits, patterns and stitch markers.

International, excluding Canada:
$11 flat rate: orders will be sent USPS First Class Mail International -- does not include tracking and delivery confirmation.
$25 flat rate: orders will be sent USPS Priority Mail International, which includes tracking and delivery confirmation.
$5 flat rate shipping is available for label kits, patterns and stitch markers.

Returns:

If you’re not happy with your yarn, return it to us in original condition. All yarn must have the label attached and cannot be returned if it's a skein that has been wound into a ball. Items in original condition can be returned within thirty days of purchase. Please include the return sheet included with your order describing your reason for returning the items. You may choose an exchange, a store credit or a full refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the cause of the return is that we made an error on your order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for patterns, books, notions or sale items.
